We’re excited to introduce one of our most requested features: task comments and reassignment—now available across both web and mobile.
In day-to-day operations, it’s common to need input from a colleague, pass a case to another team member, or clarify a specific data point. Previously, this often meant switching between apps or sending follow-up emails. Now, all that can happen directly inside Juakali.

✅ Track reassignments with a complete audit trail of who handed off what and why
✅ Leave contextual comments right on the task
✅ See the comment history so that everyone stays on the same page
✅ Use it on mobile—commenting is available directly in the field
Whether you’re a supervisor reviewing a file or a loan officer requesting clarification, communication stays tied to the task, improving clarity and accountability.
This update is available now for both SUT and CUT tasks. On mobile, simply tap the comment icon to view or leave a message. On web, just open the task and comment from the top bar. All comments are synced and can be exported if needed.
